What we collect.
Short version: we count visits so we know which dishes people look at. We do not sell your information and we never have.

What this site collects
You can read every page here without giving us your name. There is no account to make, no form to fill out, and no payment taken on this site.
What we do collect is basic visit data, gathered automatically:
- Which pages you opened and how long you stayed
- The link or search that brought you here
- Your device type, browser, and rough location, usually just the city
- Where you clicked, scrolled, and moved your mouse on the page
- An anonymous ID stored in your browser so a repeat visit is not counted twice
We use this to see which parts of the menu get attention and where people get stuck. That is all.
The tools we use
Three services do this counting for us. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics. Page views and traffic sources. Google privacy policy
- Microsoft Clarity. Records anonymous playbacks of clicks and scrolling so we can spot broken layouts. Microsoft privacy statement
- Vercel Analytics. A simple page-view count from the company that hosts this site. Vercel privacy policy
Cookies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity save small files, called cookies, in your browser. Their only job is to tell one visit apart from the next. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.
You can delete these files or block them in your browser settings at any time. The site works normally either way.
How to opt out
- Turn on "Do Not Track" or block cookies in your browser settings.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to stop Google Analytics everywhere.
- Use your browser's private window. Nothing is kept after you close it.
Links to other places
Some buttons take you off this site, such as Instagram, Google Maps, and online ordering. Once you leave, that company's rules apply, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent it. We do not build advertising profiles about you. We only share visit data with the three analytics companies listed above, because they are the ones measuring it.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
Your choices
If you live somewhere that gives you the right to see or delete data a business holds about you, call us and we will help. Because this site never asks for your name, in most cases there is nothing tied to you to hand over or erase.
